Every box.
Every rupee.
One record, from the farm gate to the balance in the farmer’s hand.
agroo is the shared record of a produce dispatch: the note the farmer raises, the load the transporter carries, the weight the agent confirms at the mandi, the lots sold, and the settlement that closes it out.
- Four roles, one record
- Farmer, commission agent, transporter and operations.
- Twelve named states
- A dispatch is never simply in progress.
- Exact to two decimals
- Nothing is rounded away without being recorded.
Who writes it
Each party keeps their own column
Nobody has to take anyone’s word for the figures. Every entry records who made it and when, and both sides read the same numbers.
Farmers
Enters
The dispatch note, produce and grade, packing and quantity, the fare agreement, a bank account.
Sees
What was weighed in at the mandi, every lot sold, every deduction line, and the balance still due.
Commission agents
Enters
The weight received, each sale with its price, and every deduction.
Sees
What is still unsold on the floor, and what is owed to each farmer.
Transporters
Enters
The fare, the pickup and the delivery.
Sees
The fare booked on every trip, and the code that confirms delivery.
Operations
Enters
Produce, varieties, grades, measurement units, mandis and packaging.
Sees
What was verified before a role could dispatch or receive.

How the money works
The arithmetic, in full
Four lines decide what a farmer is owed, and all of them are visible to everyone on the dispatch.
Worked example — the statement above
DSP-20260903-362325
- 01
Gross sales
Every sale recorded against the dispatch, summed across all lots.
- 02
Deductions
Commission, transport fare, market fee, loading, unloading and damage — each its own line.
- 03
Net payable
Gross sales less total deductions.
- 04
Still due
Net payable less every payment already recorded against it.
Deduction lines an agent can enter
- COMMISSION
- TRANSPORT
- MARKET_FEE
- LOADING
- UNLOADING
- DAMAGE
- OTHER
- Amounts are held to two decimal places. Nothing is rounded away silently.
- A settlement is computed once and frozen. Later payments are recorded against it rather than folded into it.
- A sale can be cancelled by the agent with a reason. The line stays in the record and drops out of the gross total.
